High Frequency Infusions memberships provide access to educational materials, digital content, and curated member experiences including monthly handcrafted packages delivered physically to members in Medellín, Colombia between the 5th and 10th of each month within Medellín.
Delivery is available within Medellín and surrounding areas. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

High Frequency Infusions handcrafts all monthly packages in small batches to order. Because our packages are handcrafted to order, we are unable to offer refunds once a package has been dispatched.
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
You may cancel anytime by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellations before the 1st of the month will not be charged for that month. Cancellations after the 1st take effect the following billing period.
